The design will include features such as digital application, submission and signature through the apps which will connect to JCL’s core system for further processing. This will also include real time payment methods using the payment gateway channel to simplify the process of making the payments for JCL customers. The mobile apps will also work as a communication tool with the customers with the attachment of the built-in Whatsapp chat box system that will be integrated with artificial intelligence to answer customers queries.
JCL is looking for a solution to provide customers an alternative to manage their finances efficiently by providing a mobile application that is tightly integrated to existing JCL systems which enables customer to:
i.) View their JCL loan account details
ii.) Make payments to settle loan or due amount
iii.) Apply for personal loan and top up loan
iv.) Register for E-Mandate or Auto debit
v.) Proceed to dealer website which are tied up with JCL
vi.) Communicate using Whatsapp chat box for any queries related to loan account
