A statement proving that information in the letter is accurate and in the face of a penalty of perjury, the representative undertakes to act on the behalf of the complaining party, in other words owner of the exclusive rights. In accordance with Section 512(f) any person who wishes to misrepresent the material or activity knowing that it is prohibited may be responsible for damages caused. Strictly speaking, we highly recommend you not to make false claims.
